INGREDIENTS:
1 Wagyu Skirt Steak
Your favorite frozen French fries
Cowboy Butter
8 tbsp butter
1 tbsp garlic (minced)
Half a lemon (juice & zest)
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp BCW Steak Seasoning
2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp chives
2 tbsp Parsley
DIRECTIONS:
Melt butter with garlic in saucepan over medium heat.
Add smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, and BCW Steak Seasoning to saucepan, stir until combined.
Add Dijon mustard and continue to stir.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice and grate zest of half a lemon into the saucepan and add chives and parsley.
Remove from heat and set aside while you cook the Wagyu steak and French fries.
Cut Wagyu Skirt Steak into three even pieces and season with BCW Steak Seasoning.
Pan fry on medium-high heat until desired doneness.
Slice pieces in half and then cut against the grain.
Plate fries with Wagyu steak and top with a generous amount of Cowboy Butter.

INGREDIENTS:
1 sweet yellow onion (thinly sliced)
2 tbsp butter (divided)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 Wagyu Burger Patties (half a package)
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
4 slices sandwich bread
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 slices of Wagyu Beef Bacon
Mustard (optional)
DIRECTIONS:
In large skillet, cook bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon and place on paper towels to drain. Set aside.
In large skillet, add 1 tbsp of butter and sliced onions over medium heat. Cook for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add apple cider vinegar near end of cooking (about 5 minutes). Remove onions from skillet.
Season Wagyu patties with salt and pepper. Cook in skillet for 3 minutes per side over medium-high heat. Remove patties when done and clean skillet.
Add last tbsp of butter to the skillet and melt. Add all bread, coating one side with butter. Remove two pieces of bread to start building your sandwich.
On each slice of bread remaining in the skillet, add a slice of Swiss cheese, a patty, half of the caramelized onions, and top with second slice of Swiss cheese and other slice of bread, butter side up.
Cook sandwiches for 3-4 minutes each side over medium-low heat.
Slice sandwiches in half and serve immediately.
