Online Sales
For all sales which require shipping, we cannot accept returns. In the event your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exchanges and refunds will be approved on a case by case basis. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Gift cards cannot be refunded.

Pickup and Delivery
If you utilized our pickup or delivery services, returns are accepted in the event products are damaged or incorrect. Returns must be processed with a sales representative and are subject to their judgment regarding the validity of the grievance. Our top priority is to keep customers happy.
In-Store Sales
Products purchased in our store are inspected at checkout by the customer and a sales representative. All sales are final.
