Log into your account through the “BCW Rewards” button at the bottom left corner of our website.
Once logged in, click “Ways to redeem.”
If you have enough points for one of the rewards, the “Redeem” button will be displayed. Click the button to get your coupon.
Once you click that button, you will be taken to a page that shows the coupon code to copy or simply press the “Apply code” button, which will automatically apply that coupon code to the checkout.

BCW Rewards is our rewards program that anyone can join to earn points on every $1 spent as well as other ways.

For points earned through purchases, points may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account. If it has been over this amount of time, please reach out to us via the chat box on the website. For points earned by other means, these points should appear instantly.

You are able to check how many points you have by clicking the button that says “BCW Rewards” on the bottom, left hand side on our homepage.

If your points aren’t appearing in your account, please wait 24 hours for them to appear. If 24 hours have passed and you still do not see your points in your account, please reach out to us via the chat box on our website.

Your points don’t ever expire, but once you select a coupon to redeem, you must use that coupon. You cannot trade coupons out once you have pressed redeem on one.
