Balsamic Marinade

Elevate your Wagyu with this quick and flavorful marinade recipe! The tangy flavors infuse into the Wagyu, enhancing the Wagyu’s savory flavor. You will surely impress with this delicious flavor profile. 

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 shallot (minced)
  • 2 tsp garlic (minced) 

Directions:

  1. Combine the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced shallot, and minced garlic together.
  2. Pour marinade over Wagyu Filet Mignons or your favorite cut.
  3. Place in a sealed container and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for 30 minutes.
