RETURNS

Due to the perishable nature of meat, we cannot accept returns. Returns on gift cards are not permitted.

DAMAGES / ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon immediate receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the situation and make it right.

Fresh and Frozen Shipping

While we offer Fresh and Frozen products, if both Fresh and Frozen products are purchased they will ship Frozen.
