Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of meat, we cannot accept returns. There may be some rare exceptions if there was a problem with your order.
For questions about a possible return, you can contact us at info@boothcreekwagyu.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and next step instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES / ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon immediate receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
No exchanges permitted. Start a return inquiry and if an order is approved for return then proceed to purchasing a new order.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds can take several days to appear on your bank card.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
