Your package will come in a box labeled Temperature Sensitive Product so our delivery service knows they have precious product on board. Inside this box, your Wagyu is placed on dry ice inside foam padding that completely surrounds the meat to ensure the ultimate protection.
We ship our frozen Wagyu products to the lower 48 of the United States, requiring a minimum order of $40.
Unfortunately, we can only ship to a street address, guaranteeing a delivery. P.O. box addresses are not accepted.

Your order may be changed or canceled as long as it has not been shipped. One of our Wagyu experts can assist you with changing or canceling your order, just reach out to us via phone, email, or chat on our website.
Inclement weather may cause delivery delays beyond our control. In extreme circumstances, we may contact you about holding a shipment at our facility if bad weather is expected in your area during transit.
Shipping insurance through Shiptection is offered at checkout to protect lost, damaged, or stolen shipments. We are not liable for uninsured orders that are delayed or damaged while in the possession of UPS.
