Hawaiian Style Marinade

Infuse your Wagyu with a tropical flare with this delicious Hawaiian Style marinade! This recipe will give your Wagyu a unique flavor that will not only impress your family and friends, but will have them wanting more. 

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ cup ginger (minced)
  • 3 tbsp garlic (minced)
  • 3 tbsp green onion (sliced thin)
  • 3 tbsp brown sugar
  • ¼ cup pure sesame oil

Directions:

  1. Mix all marinade ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Place the Wagyu Bavette Steak or your favorite cut onto a baking sheet with a lip.
  3. Pour the marinade over the steak and place in refrigerator for 12-24 hours, turning the steak every hour or so.
