The Hanger Steak, or Hanging Tender, is cut from short plate of the cow. This cut is a thick tender cut with a coarser texture similar to a Ribeye or KC Strip. The Hanger Steak is a flavorful cut best prepared marinated and grilled or seared. Platinum Label is pictured.
