Prairie Village, Kansas – Booth Creek Wagyu, a premium Wagyu meat market, is set to open the door of their second retail location in the Kansas City metro area in early December of this year.
This retail store will carry different grades of premium, Wagyu beef. Items sold include steaks, hot dogs, burger patties, ground beef, roasts, and snack items, sourced from their Wagyu ranch in the Flint Hills of Kansas.
“We are thrilled to bring a second location to the Kansas City metro area,” said Dave Dreiling, Founder and CEO. “Booth Creek Wagyu has had great success in Overland Park, so we decided this was the perfect place to continue bringing the premium flavor of Wagyu to the public.”
Wagyu beef, originally native only to Japan, is world-famous for its marbling, which is what gives this beef much of its tenderness and flavor. This rich, buttery beef has only been raised in the United States since the late 1970s, and more recently has gained popularity. At Booth Creek Wagyu, they pride themselves on finding the perfect taste for their customers and allowing them to dial in on the perfect flavor profile, similar to chocolate or whisky.
This is Booth Creek Wagyu’s fourth retail location. Their original store is located in Manhattan, Kansas, less than 20 miles from its ranch in the Flint Hills. Online ordering with shipping throughout the continental United States is available at www.boothcreekwagyu.com.
