INGREDIENTS:

1 lb Wagyu steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

2 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh thyme leaves

Salt & black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp olive oil
DIRECTIONS:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season Wagyu cubes with salt and pepper.

Sear steak cubes in batches, 1–2 minutes per side, until browned but still medium-rare inside.

Reduce heat to medium and add butter, garlic, and thyme.
-
Toss steak cubes in butter sauce for 1–2 minutes until well coated.

Remove from heat and serve immediately.
