These buttery, golden Wagyu steak bites are quick, flavorful, and perfect for a weeknight dinner or snack. With a garlicky, herb-infused butter sauce, this 4-serving recipe delivers melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu in every bite.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 lb Wagyu steak, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. Season Wagyu cubes with salt and pepper.

  3. Sear steak cubes in batches, 1–2 minutes per side, until browned but still medium-rare inside.

  4. Reduce heat to medium and add butter, garlic, and thyme.

  5. Toss steak cubes in butter sauce for 1–2 minutes until well coated.

  6. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
