Owner 

A lifelong businessman and outdoorsman, Dave purchased Booth Creek Ranch in 2005 for deer hunting. His business ventures over the years include building a successful sportswear company and several restaurant projects. He often teaches and lectures at Kansas State University's College of Business.

Operations Manager

Carl was born and raised on a family farm and graduated from K-State.

 

 

TYLER DREILING

Sales & Marketing Coordinator 

Tyler joined the Booth Creek team after spending 2 years in Maui, Hawai'i as a Divemaster. When the COVID-19 Pandemic started, he moved back to Kansas and was introduced to Wagyu.

CHUCK ASBURY

Ranch Manager

Our commander in the field is a true American cowboy. Chuck has worked with livestock his entire life and started working with Dave in 2010. There's no job too big or too small for Chuck, who is the backbone of our operation. He recently started Flint Hills Cowboy Church as well.

 

CORTNEY EDWARDS

Office Manager

The "Swiss Army Knife" of Booth Creek Wagyu has a hand in every aspect of the business, from genetics to marketing. Cortney was raised in Oklahoma and spent time in North Carolina before moving to Kansas in 2017.

TOCCOA COCHRANE

Intern

Toccoa assists with many of the day-to-day tasks involving inventory and marketing. Her passion for the genetics side of the business is keeping her busy as well. She hails from Austin, Texas.
