We offer nationwide shipping for our Fresh-Never-Frozen and Frozen Wagyu collections.

Customers who order Fresh-Never-Frozen AND Frozen products in one order will receive all frozen products.

Booth Creek Wagyu ships to the continental U.S. only. Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations are excluded from our shipping range at this time. 

Inclement weather may cause delivery delays beyond our control. In extreme circumstances, we may contact you about holding a shipment at our facility if bad weather is expected in your area during transit. 

Route shipping insurance is offered at checkout to protect lost, damaged, or stolen shipments. We are not liable for uninsured orders that are delayed or damaged while in the possession of UPS.

We require a minimum order of $40 for shipping.

Please provide a street address for guaranteed delivery. PO Box addresses are not accepted.

Pick-up orders can be retrieved in-store at 519 McCall Road, Suite 500, Manhattan, KS 66502 after receiving a confirmation email that the order is processed and ready for pick-up. Please provide a photo I.D. and your order number upon arrival. Store hours are 10 am - 6 pm Monday-Saturday, and Sunday from 10 pm – 5 pm.

While we offer Fresh and Frozen products, if both Fresh and Frozen products are purchased they will ship Frozen.
